Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Handmade products may vary slightly. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The server confirms current product prices when an order is placed, so the final accepted total may differ from an outdated basket stored in your browser.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm availability, collection or delivery arrangements and payment. An order may be declined where a product is unavailable, details are incomplete or misuse is suspected.

The current website checkout supports cash payment on collection or delivery. Do not send card details through the contact form.

Collection and delivery times are agreed separately. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery details. Delivery availability may depend on location.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, gluten, soya and sesame. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement.

You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Because many products are perishable or personalised, cancellation and refund rights may be limited after preparation begins. Contact us as soon as possible and we will explain the options for your specific order.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, misuse forms or upload harmful content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Sweet BakeArt is not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
